She did manage to open a few gifts, though!
Emily loves her "Barbie as the Island Princess" doll. Such a long name for such a small doll.
And of course, Kyle loves to play games and was thrilled with Apples to Apples for kids his age.
Mom and Dad also got some gifts...
Kyle was an elf in the School's Christmas program. He did well, but was a little nervous....
We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas as we remember the gift God gave to us, His son.
We had a birthday party for Kyle on Friday after school. Eight Kindergarteners (and Emily).....What a brave mother...........

The games we played... "pin the ear on mickey mouse", a bean bag toss (thanks to grandma K. for making the bean bags), and a pinata ( was fun to make, but a lot of work.)

The kindergarten class, plus Emily. Amber was there also, she just didn't want to take the picture.
The Party was a blast, Kyle had a good time, but it sure makes for tired kids when all is said and done.
